UK Deliveries
All towel rails, towel radiators and designer radiators advertised on www.taptrade.co.uk have FREE 24hr UK mainland courier delivery included in the price. Dispatches are tracked from destination to delivery and are fully insured to the full value. Deliveries are made to all residential and business addresses. Goods are dispatched the same working day if ordered before 2pm. If requested, you can have your tracking number emailed to you so that you can follow the transit of your parcel all the way to your front door.
European and Worldwide Deliveries
At Geyser, we frequently dispatch bathroom radiators to various parts of the world and we always use tracked and insured AIRMAIL for safe, efficient and rapid delivery. Costs vary country to country and are dependant upon specific product but a typical price for delivery to Europe is £30. Returns Policy
Missing Parts
All goods must have been checked for missing items within 14 days of receipt. Therefore, returns will not be accepted for ‘missing parts’ if the returns form is received more than 14 days after the goods were signed for by the customer.
Faulty Product In the unlikely event that your goods are received faulty, we will replace the item. Firstly you should complete and email the returns form to us. Then the faulty item should be sent back to us with all original packaging and fittings included. It is important that you use a quality nationwide courier. Our recommendation is www.parcel2go.com or www.parcelforce.co.uk who are both reliable and competitive. Once the goods arrive back with Geyser, with all relevant parts included and the fault is confirmed, Geyser will refund your cost of returning the goods – the lowest of parcel2go and parcelforce lowest delivery cost only. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
Non-Faulty Products Firstly you should complete and email the returns form to us. The item must be sent back to us with all original packaging, fittings included and in ‘as new’ condition. It is important that you use a quality nationwide courier. Our recommendation is www.parcel2go.com or www.parcelforce.co.uk who are both reliable and competitive. Once the goods arrive back with Geyser and with all relevant parts, the goods will be inspected and if found fit for resale as new, Geyser will refund the item value less £15 admin fee. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
All returns from postcodes AB31-38, AB40-56, BT, IV, IM – ISLE OF MAN, IRELAND, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH4-44, PH49, PH50, ZE (CHANNEL ISLANDS) Regardless of fault or non-faulty product, returns from the above postcodes must be authorised and the costs accepted by Geyser before you arrange to return the item. This is because of the very high charges imposed by couriers from these areas. Geyser may agree to settle your return without actually collecting the item. Please telephone us with the details of your return and the cost of returning your item to us.
